Cape Fear Christian Academy competes in the Carolina Christian Conference and the N.C. Independent School Athletic Association. The school's teams have won ** conference titles and ** state championships in the past five years.

Athletic Teams

Cape Fear Christian Academy athletes compete in 10 different varsity sports. The school fields junior varsity and middle school teams in some sports. In the fall, men's soccer, women's volleyball and women's tennis teams play. In the winter, CFCA students participate in men's and women's basketball and cheerleading. In the spring, the school's athletes play baseball, softball, golf and women's soccer.Athletic PoliciesThe opportunity to participate on an athletic team at CFCA is a privilege, not a right. All athletes must follow the Carolina Christian Conference guidelines and standards. To be eligible for participation in Scholastic Varsity competition, students must be enrolled in grades 7-12. All athletes must receive and maintain an overall 77 average for each grading period and not have failed more than one subject during that time.
